Go down the ramp till you see a white cement wall with a big circular opening. When you stop falling, keep walking through the portal till you get to the door of an office space. A portal hole will be created that you fall down. You’ll see a big green pipe in front of a bridge. Leave the construction site and go behind some houses towards the railroad tracks.
